Aion 2 Twitch Drops — Every Reward & How to Claim (Launch)

Claim every free launch reward by watching Drops-enabled streams: account linking (Steam gotcha!), the reward tiers (consumables, customization voucher, mascot pet, outfit set), the muted-stream bug and the in-game mail delay — step by step.

01. Event Window & Eligibility

The Twitch Drops campaign runs alongside the launch: it started with Early Access on September 30, 2026 and runs through the free-to-play launch on October 5 as part of the creator event "War for Atreia". Only players on global servers are eligible — Korea and Taiwan servers are excluded. Watch any streamer broadcasting AION 2 with the "Drops Enabled" tag; watch time accumulates across channels, so you can switch streams freely.

  • Community-reported reward tiers: 30 min = starter consumable bundle, 1 h = character customization voucher, 2 h = "Two" mascot pet, 4 h = War for Atreia outfit set (NC lists ~13 rewards in total; confirm exact tier list in your Drops inventory)
  • The customization voucher is the big one — appearance edits normally cost money, so claim it before you restyle
  • Only watch streams in the official AION 2 Twitch category with Drops Enabled

02. Account Linking (Step by Step)

Open the official AION 2 Twitch Drops portal, log in to your game account, click "Link your Twitch Account" and authorize NC Corporation on the Twitch page. If you bought the Founder's Pack on Steam, click the Steam icon on the login page — do NOT create a fresh NC account, because the scale test may have already created a background profile tied to your Steam ID. Verify the link under Twitch Settings → Connections ("NC Corporation" under Other Connections).

03. Claiming & Known Bugs

Claim each unlocked tier on your Twitch profile → "Drops and Rewards" inventory, then collect the items from the in-game mailbox on your global-server character. Backend sync during launch peak can take up to ~6 hours; if the mail is still missing, fully log out of the game client and relog.

  • Muted stream bug: muting the stream via the player's volume slider can pause watch-time tracking. Keep player volume at ≥10% and mute the browser TAB instead (right-click tab → Mute).
  • Watch time carries over between streams — you don't have to watch one channel for 4 straight hours
  • Rewards are granted once per account — claim them on the server you'll actually play
